Welcome to Neurodivergent Girls Club
Providing online mental health resources with the neurodivergent person in mind.
About me
“Creating mental health resources with the neurodivergent person in mind, raising awareness, encouraging understanding and making mental health support more accessible.”
My name is Stacey. I am an independent writer, published author and CBT-T informed practitioner specialising in eating disorders, with a particular interest in ARFID, neurodivergence and mental health.
Through my writing, published books and Neurodivergent Girls Club, I create mental health resources with the neurodivergent person in mind. My work focuses on raising awareness, challenging misconceptions and making complex mental health topics easier to understand, particularly for children and young people.
I am especially passionate about eating disorder awareness, autism, emotional wellbeing and helping young neurodivergent people better understand themselves, feel represented and recognise that they are not alone.
My aim is to contribute towards a world where mental health resources are not simply adapted for neurodivergent people, but created with their needs, experiences and perspectives at the forefront.
"Your speech was incredible and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone connect with the young people and make a difference in the way that you did."
Katie Sharpp
"I loved hearing Stacey's personal story as it added context and depth to the presentation."
